PRODUCTION & TECHNOLOGY

Combining Our Experience With Technology

We bring together our rubber manufacturing experience dating back to the 1960s with custom mold design, 3D prototyping, and flexible production capacity.

Drawing on our experience in rubber manufacturing since the 1960s, we produce industrial rubber and sealing products tailored to the needs of different sectors. Across a wide range of applications — from automotive to energy, machinery to chemicals, textiles, marine, and HVAC — we deliver solutions suited to our customers’ needs.

At ATC Kauçuk, alongside our standard products, we also manufacture rubber parts in custom sizes and designs. We evaluate requests based on technical drawings, existing product samples, or measurements, and plan every stage — from material selection to mold preparation and production — according to the product’s intended use. We support our manufacturing experience with custom mold work and 3D prototyping technology to meet production needs of varying quantities.

Our Production Capacity

Growing Capacity, Same Attention to Detail

With our in-house press line and molding equipment, we meet requests from different sectors with the same care and quality control process. Our production line offers flexibility not only for standard products but also for custom-sized and low-volume orders.

Our Production Capabilities

From Idea to Part, Production Under One Roof

Rubber Part Manufacturing

We manufacture O-rings, gaskets, diaphragms, bellows, coupling elements, vibration mounts, and various other industrial rubber parts. Since each product’s application and operating conditions differ, we assess requirements before production to determine the right material and manufacturing method.

Custom Mold Design and Manufacturing

It isn’t always possible to find a standard product that fits every need. We evaluate requests based on technical drawings and samples, and plan mold preparation suited to the part’s shape and dimensions — allowing us to offer production solutions beyond standard products as well.

3D Prototyping and Sample Production

At this stage, we use 3D printing technology to prepare initial samples of the product and support design evaluation. This is especially advantageous for custom-designed products, allowing the part to be assessed and necessary changes made at an earlier stage, before investing in a mold.

Low-Volume and Custom Production

Not every project requires high-volume production. We also offer production options for custom machine parts, spare parts, prototypes, and products needed in limited quantities. We assess the most suitable approach based on the product’s characteristics.

Technology

See and Validate Before Production

We use 3D printing technology to prepare initial samples of the product and support design evaluation. This is especially advantageous for custom-designed products, allowing the part to be assessed and necessary changes made at an earlier stage, before investing in a mold.

Our Production Process

Six Steps From Request to Delivery

01

Identifying the Need

We learn about the application, dimensions, and operating conditions of the part to be produced. We carry out an initial assessment based on technical drawings, an existing product sample, or measurement data.

02

Material Selection

We determine the right rubber material for the product, taking into account factors such as operating temperature, pressure, exposure to oil and chemicals, and mechanical stress.

03

Mold and Sample Preparation

We carry out the necessary mold preparation based on the product’s specifications, and where needed, produce a prototype or initial sample.

04

Production

We carry out manufacturing according to the material and production method determined for the product, ensuring throughout that the part meets the required dimensions and specifications.

05

Quality Control

We inspect the produced parts against the specified dimensions and product characteristics, and evaluate their compliance with the criteria required by the application.

06

Packaging and Shipping

Once inspection is complete, we package the products and prepare them for shipment.

Material Selection

The Right Material for Long-Lasting Use

Material selection directly affects a rubber product’s performance and service life. That’s why it matters where the part will be used, what temperatures it will be exposed to, and whether it will come into contact with oil, water, or chemicals. The goal isn’t just to produce a part in the desired dimensions, but to bring together the right material and product characteristics for the conditions of use.
